The Association of Stephanie Park Condominiums (the “Association”) is seeking candidates for a Board of Directors position. The current board of directors encourages owner involvement, and requests that all owners give consideration for running for the board or participating on a committee with the prospect of learning more about the Association so that you can become a board member at a later time. If you have an interest in running for a director position, please complete this questionnaire and return it to the Association as directed below.

By stating my intention to run for election and submitting an application pursuant to the Association election procedures, I certify to the best of my present knowledge and intention, I will be a proactive Owner within the Association and I will work harmoniously with the entire Board of Directors and Management on all matters. I understand that it is necessary to create and maintain an environment where each board member and Management feels valued and respected.

I acknowledge that I will accept those responsibilities of being a member of the Board of Directors as described in the Homeowner's Documents and Oregon Condominium Law, if elected and/or appointed.
